- Mi Casita has good corn tamales, and has conchas and bolillos

Places to dance cumbia
- Cafe Citron (get there early, gets crowded late at night)
- Wherever DJs Leon/Claudia City Sounds spin music at. Usually at Greenzone
- Check out local cumbia bands: Bongo District (reggae cumbia), Cumbia Heights
